If there's one way to tell whether a business model works, it's to look at the results. And the Keller Williams Portugal results for 2025 are the strongest argument any investor could ask for.
The national operation closed the year with €86 million in revenue, an 18% increase on 2024 and the best result the network has ever achieved in Portugal. There were 14,500 transactions completed, up 10% on the previous year, with the average ticket rising to €335,000 — a 12% increase reflecting property appreciation and consistent market demand.
Growth wasn't limited to home sales. KW Portugal's mortgage brokerage division grew 40% over the year, signalling ever-greater service integration and closer financial support for clients.
Number one worldwide outside North America
Based on its 2025 performance, KW Portugal was recognised as the number-one operation in the Keller Williams network outside North America, among the 66 countries where the brand is present. The recognition came across multiple metrics simultaneously: greatest growth in number of Market Centers, largest net increase in agents, highest gross commission value generated, and highest number of units transacted. It was also highlighted as the leader in Growth Share, KW's exclusive profit-sharing model.
Scale as strategy
In 2025, five new Market Centers opened — in São Miguel in the Azores, Castelo Branco, Linda-a-Velha, Lisboa Oriental and Loures. And two Market Centers each surpassed €10 million in annual revenue on their own.
The reading is clear. The bet is not on many small centres, but on fewer, larger centres focused on concentrating talent. As CEO Marco Tairum puts it, the ambition is spaces with hundreds of agents working under the same roof, with daily training and coaching — a company of agents, for agents.
For those considering investing, the message behind these numbers is simple: the model is growing, has traction, and rewards those who come in to build it.
